Oatmeal Sugar Booger Bombs

 So I started a new diet plan where I have a granola bar every 2-3 hours or a meal.  I'm supposed to be drinking a gallon of water a day too, but I figured ZSDP (Zero Sugar Dr Pepper) is 90% water, right?!  

grumble grumble I drink water too, but not that much grumble grumble.

It's supposed to be a meal replacer too, but I eat my usual omelette for breakfast and then a sensible meal for supper.  And something half way healthy for lunch. Like leftover lasagna from the night before or something healthier like a salad.  If I feel like a snack I eat a homemade granola bomb.

Anyway, I've been dropping the weight! I know it's only been a week but I'm down 7 pounds.

Oh and I think this diet is pointing out that I'm full of s**t.

It's almost a joy to step on the scale each morning.  Let's see where we are today woman!!!

Yesterday I was at my first benchmark of the weight I was at at Maddy's wedding.  Now I'm a pound less!

Oh and what a surprise to see comments on my last several posts!  I don't get emails about them anymore. I figured everyone had abandoned me and I was writing for my own enjoyment these days.  And for my kids to laugh at me about.  I've been visiting some of your blogs lately and hope to more in the near future.  

Because today, there's a run on toilet paper.

I had a jump in losing pounds with all the extra dog walks, and not eating well. Now that I'm norming as puppy grandma, I'm stalled. I'll try your tools.

I like those recipes! I might try a few. I lost weight by going heavy on the fiber. It was so easy.
