I had just seen Blind Date with Bruce Willis, and was getting into quoting from movies a lot... I definitely married the right man!
So one day my youngest sister, Kristin, bought herself a BB gun. She was probably 9. I was 17 and most likely knew better... Another sister, I think Teresa, was heading off to work at the nursing home. She was a nurses aide. It might have been Ruth Ann, she was too.
But anyway, as she went down the deck steps and walked across the patio to the driveway, I pushed up the upstairs window and yelled at her. She turned around, saw me leaning out the window with Kristin's BB gun and yelling, "I want to see you dance! Moonwalk!" (quote from the movie Blind Date) I aimed at the ground a few feet in front of her so she wouldn't get hit and started shooting.
Of course she overreacted, screamed and ducked behind the car, when suddenly I distinctly heard a
*ping*.
Oops! Apparently the BB gun pellets ricocheted all over the place when they had hit the ground and were bouncing up on her legs and then the
*car*.
Oh wow was she mad at me!
I don't believe I ever touched that gun again.

uh, yeah, that was probably not one of your best decisions ;-)
Oh my! Glad she wasn't "hurt!"
Great story though!
Happy New Year!

When I was 8 or 9, our neighbor shot me with his BB gun...on purpose. His mom beat the tar out of him. That's right, it was no mere spanking.
Bahahahaha!!! That's funny. lol
lol
heehee...sorry, but to laugh!
I hate any weapons...even those toys, I'm scarred!
xo
I grew up with guns including BB guns. My one brother did shoot the other brother and the BB in the arm. The BB is still in the arm because they were afraid to tell my mom about it.
