I got the prom dress bodice lining sewn in and as the iron was cooling, ironed on the "Handmade With Love" patch on the inside. I also sewed on some ribbon at the inside sides so we can hang this puppy up. Found that sewing them at the waist was a bad idea, so I'll switch that up a little when I take lunch today. The whole bodice sagged like crazy so I'll move the ribbons up higher on the sides for support.
Tonight I plan to get a nest ready in the garage for our preggo doggio. She's been looking big lately. I don't normally point out when someone is getting fat, but wow... She's been waddling when she walks! And she's a dog, so what does she care what I call her?

This pic is 2 years old. She's much bigger... and fatter than this now.She'll do what I tell her as long as it has an Ell in it. Well... mostly what I tell her. Get out of that garden! Quit digging in the yard! What did that frog ever do to you?! Quit digging in the carpet! Quit chewing on laundry! Really Ellie?? A bra?!
Rumor has it we're in for an interesting weekend. Full and busy. It's amazing how fast the week flies by if I'm living for the weekends...
