My girls volunteered for the local carousel the first day of our vacation. So of course the rest of us had to come over and give them a hard time...
I mainly went for the popcorn.
At first Leon didn't know what to think and was pretty tearful with the loud obnoxious music.
Maddy and Meri started the carousel and then jumped on for a ride. It was a very quiet rainy day so few people came out.
Below is my photo of Robb that I kept trying to get every time we spun around towards him.
No luck... Just got dizzy...
Leon soon warmed up to the idea of just a circular destination though...
And thoroughly enjoyed the pig's tail.
He looks good as a Viking!
And thus the first day of our wild and fabulous vacation.
There were some good times, bad times, sewing times, gluing times, getting lost with beef jerky times, busy times, lazy times... Well not too many of the lazy ones...
I'm just glad to be sitting back in my office cracking my back over my favorite chair!!! It's good to have a schedule... and Ibuprofen...

That last shot is so funny!
Our county fair starts this week. I'm thinking that one night we'll go and eat ourselves silly but no rides, even the carousel will make me throw-up :o(
Leon is getting so big and looking more and more like his dad!
I'm with Mark on this one! Spinning a baby isn't recommended!
HA!! That second picture of Leon KILLS ME!!!
Leon has such great facial expressions!
