Random thoughts, worries and rants

Just got Leon down for a nap, but discovered his crib is drenched... With what I'm not sure.  Probably a bottle during the night...  I hope.  He's sleeping off his milked over state in a portacrib at the moment.

I need a cat psychologist...  ONE of the cats, not sure which one... is having issues.. It has an accident directly outside the door to a mostly clean litter box...  ???

Memories of weekends with nothing to do but sew and scrapbook...  Ah... those were the days!

How many Werther's CAN a person eat in one day without becoming diabetic?

Yeah... I'm kind of off the diet at the moment.

Tonight is SEWING night!!  Woohoo!

Leaves are piling up outside on their own.  Have you ever seen a leaf drift?  cool.  We call that mulch.

Just dawned on me that over the course of the summer, we did next to NO upkeep on the outside of our house at all...  It shows.  Mowed several times... but nothing to do with paint or hammers...  By next spring we need to repaint the railings for sure.  Gotta get ready for Mad's graduation party!

This is the work I did for the last kid to graduate, 3 years ago...  It doesn't look that nice now.  bummer.

Getting used to the Kurgan Keurig.  It is TONS faster than waiting for the kettle to boil.  I just pulled the kettle from the dishwasher and it's going to find another place to be stored for a while.

Why do I feel like we are the family from The Middle?

Hope your Random day is filled with sunshine. :) Can't help w/the cat. Would heartily suggest a Wagner Sprayer for those rail. Will make the job go so much faster! Happy Thursday! :)

Yep, leaf drifts are pretty cool. One of our neighbors has those big sycamore leaves that drift really high.

We call it mulch, too. The only time we ever rake leaves is if we need to move them to mulch somewhere else...LOL!

You feel that way because you ARE that family, plus many critters and a baby and a MIL. Am I leaving anybody out?lol

So, you got a Nancy Kerrigan coffee machine? Just don't take a bat to it.....snort.....

I love my son's Keurig too. Not having to wait in the morning for that first cup of coffee is heaven!
Good luck with that painting. I hate painting outdoors.....

I'd much rather sew than paint!
