She was once on a cell phone call with her husband, who was in his car with his folks. He told her that his folks were on their way home with him. She said, "Just sayin', the house looks like Hell!" They arrived and asked her how she knew what hell looked like... Apparently her hubs had the speaker phone on...
Leon has gotten to stay with us over the weekend and into the week. Here he is this morning tooling around the kitchen.
And yes, he has no pants on. He's wearing a diaper!!! But if you got a load at the load he had this morning, you'd take his pants off too...
We've had to put baby locks that none of us can figure out on all the cabinets because he likes to clean them out. And not in a good way! I have no idea what Thanksgiving and after holds for him, but for now, he's MINE!!! BWahaha! And he likes to run down the dogs and get raspberries on his belly.
Meri's L.A.R.P.ing zombie party was a good time until all the girls forgot the rules and just started walking around in the dark with no real agenda except to lose an occasional cell phone. Then back to the house where they had a TON of pizza rolls and Mt Dew, which looking back now was a mistake...
They stayed up extremely late, talked extremely loud and every time I got out of bed to tell them SSSHHH!! The baby is sleeping!!! They'd only pay attention for a few minutes before ramping up the laughter again. Meri got upset at most of the them due to that and ended up sleeping on the kitchen floor just to get a little sleep... Poor kid. and earlier in the evening, managed to fall out of her loft. So she's aching.
I can't believe I have NO pictures... well, except their aftermath. We'll call this Hurricane 7GG (7th grade girls).
Well... back to work. Got lots to do before the holiday break and my ice is melting...

I hope you have a great Thanksgiving with that adorable little gobbler!
Tooling around in a diaper is the life!
I had to clean the house last week so I could meet the new friend of my son who happens to be a girl, but I don't want to say girlfriend because, well, you know. ;)
New house rule.....no Mtn. Dew after 2pm...lol
I hope you have a great Leon weekend...oh, and Thanksgiving too. ;-)
He is getting so big. Our house is only clean because the BABY comes tomorrow lol
It's nice to see that some things will never change. You have a million and two things going on at your house and every one is LOVED!
Glad you are getting some time with Leon!!!! Today was our last day of school, so I am on the cooking wagon tomorrow morning.
