SEW Tired of Modeling....

Do you ever think Heidi Klum just says, "Just take the darn picture already!!!"

Well... the winter formal/Sweetheart Ball dress is done!  Except for a little hand-stitching inside so you can zip it up without getting threads caught in the zipper and you can get dressed without your mom!  And it needs to be pressed and get the tag patch ironed on inside... if I can find them.

Maddy wasn't too happy to try it on for me last night, but thankfully, begrudgingly she did.

All she needs now are her earrings, a fresh hairdo, shoes and a real smile!

So, are we close?   Maybe I should have insisted on the hands on your hip pose...

Now on to the PROM dress!!!  Well, let's hold off on that until at least Monday...

Oh, the poor thing......being put upon....not!lol

The dress looks nice....definitely needs the hand on the hip attitude tho. ;-)

Hey, how's Maddy doing with the college search/applying stuff?

Wow! Gorgeous - the dress and your Maddie!

I wish you were around to whip up a Mother of the Groom Dress from me - they are all so expensive or ugly!

That looks gorgeous! You did such a great job recreating the inspiration piece. I really like the subtle asymmetry of the shoulders.
