Sewing Random Thoughts Together

The grand kid has been over at his daddy's for yesterday and will come home today.  I miss the little mischievous tike!  BUT in the wake of his absence, I was able to do a serious deep cleaning on the living room last night.  Good thing too!  It needed it badly and some things that weren't toys were found amidst his toy scatterings.  Don't even ask...

The cat with the two surgeries is holed up in the main floor bathroom since it needs special litter until it's paws are healed.  Everyone misses that bathroom and hopefully will be able to use it again by the weekend.

I'm working up a list of things today that need to be done around the house before Leon's birthday bash blowout and before the graduation party for our Senior.  It'll be color coded I'm sure!  Pink circled for things that don't have to be done til May.  Red circled for things to be done immediately.  And Blue for the things that I would like to have done, but may not get to.  You know... Like, clear out the garage, sew a new wardrobe for myself, brush my hair...  The impossible dream items.

I don't think I mentioned this but Meri was doing some secretive sewing just before Christmas for ME!!!  I will hopefully get some new batteries in the camera tonight and show you tomorrow.  She's a sneaky one!
