Ignore the spots in the picture. I think it's my camera. I'll have to make sure my camera lens is completely clean on Prom night...
Any hoo, as you can tell, I snuck in a few hours of sewing this weekend!!! On Saturday, I sewed the underlining to each piece of the skirt and then started putting pieces together.
It needs some more pressing, but is really looking good! Maddy tried it on last night and my fears about the fitting around the waist and hips were put to rest. I need to take them in some.
The lining for the skirt isn't in yet, but is sewn together and ready to install.
She said that this is the most comfortable Prom dress that we've made yet! Because it's not strapless, I'm sure. And the plunge in the front isn't that bad. I think we'll leave it alone...
She asked if I could be done by Tuesday... Because IF we were done by Tuesday.... then we would be DONE! SUCH incentive!!!
Update on dogs: No puppies yet!
Update on the Walking Dead marathon: Success! I'll post that tomorrow.

It's so pretty! Glad you don't have to worry about it being too tight.
I think it is the prettiest dress so far.
And thank you for the puppy update!
No puppies yet? WOW she's taking her dear sweet time with this litter, hun? ;o)
The prom dress looks great! Can't wait to see her in it!
Beautiful work!!!!
It's looking gorgeous! Does the back have sheer panels? I like that kind of look.
