I've been given my instructions for the day...
I'll be checking on the dog every hour on the hour, if not more today for signs of labor. Once she starts, I'm to call the school and bring Meri home.
Yeah... I don't think we're having puppies today... But who knows? I'm not a vet.
Last night, we attended Maddy's small group singing performances. She'll be performing them again tomorrow all day in another town, but I'm going to miss that. Sorry the photo is blurry!
All the groups sounded great. And at the end, many mothers were crying as this would be one of the last performances of the girls sextet group. If I hadn't been distracted and realized this, I'd have been crying too...
Leon flirted outrageously with just about every single girl near him. That is until he started getting fussy and kept pitching his bottle. Then when we offered him a Pringle chip, he kept spitting it up on us... I had to take him into the hallway a couple times and when we went back into the room, all he wanted to do was reach for the room's light switch or fire alarm... Talk about a hand-full!
But as you know... I wouldn't trade him for the world! And I'm NOT complaining!
As for the sewing front... What with a grandbaby who can say g-ma now, a full time job and a serious head-cold... I haven't gotten past cutting the skirt out for the prom dress yet. I know... I suck! My goal for that is tomorrow, during Meri's Walking Dead marathon with her friends. I'm going to do it. I have nothing else planned for the whole day!
Well, besides keeping Leon out of the dog food, making homemade pizzas for the kids and delivering puppies...

Whew. You make me tired just reading that list. I thought I was going to be able to watch a video of Maddie. Maybe next time?
Yep, I'm tired from reading that too! :)
"Well, besides keeping Leon out of the dog food, making homemade pizzas for the kids and delivering puppies.."-yeah that is a super easy day. Maybe you can get a nap in. You are amazing or nuts.
I see you have your cape on again, superwoman;)
I so know what you mean! Now that Millie is here 50% of the time, I have to plan what I am doing VERY carefully. But it's ok, I LOVE playing with her more than anything else in this world!
I'm here for the puppy update. Because I'm sure you have nothing better to do than worry about updating your blog.
