* The traffic is congested on puppy garage lane. Tip... wear long pants if you plan to dilly dally anywhere along the route and be prepared to trip over a few puppies and then run to your door as they gallop after you...
* When I was a little girl and we moved to an old farmhouse in the country, we had some chickens and roosters. I want to say geese, but that's not right... The house was very old and had some cement steps in the front lawn that went basically no where.
The chickens and rooster would chase us and if we ran up those stairs they'd cackle and claw around at the bottom of them just waiting for us to come back to them. Little did they know we could easily run around the back of the house and escape, but it was pretty fun to make them chase us.
Not so with THESE little puppy monsters! My legs are a bloody mass of scratches...
* In other news, I found my camera! It had fallen out of the diaper bag onto the floor in Robb's car. WHEW! Since the fall in the bouncy house, it has been acting kind of funky, but I think I can fix it. It still works, just funkily...
* Also in other news, we attended ANOTHER Awards night with Maddy last night. She got some academic awards and a couple scholarships! Not nearly enough for a full ride, but hey! Every little bit helps and if you want something bad enough, you need to work for it, right?
* Meri got all lined up for her summer babysitting gig and it looks like it will be a good one! She's excited!
* Got some bad news yesterday that will probably throw me into a depression for the rest of the summer. In some ways it's good because I know the trends... but by nature am a worrier. God has helped us in the past and will continue, so I will accept whatever He wants us to go through. It will all work toward good... But going through bad is always painful.
* I think I'm losing weight. And the only reason are those puppies... I can't sneak into the house for snacks as often as I'd like!!
* I should really wear long pants.

Yep, those scholarships help even if it's not a full ride. Way to go Maddie with the awards!
I'll say a little prayer for you that your bad news turns out to not be as bad as you thought. Our Lord does work in mysterious ways and must love roller coasters. I feel that my life (especially these past two years) has been a wild ride....
Things have a way of working out the way they are supposed to in life. Keep the faith.

Den and I decided that we didn't want anymore dogs until after we saw what life would be like with no kids and just the cat. I'm wavering after I saw your puppies.
