Years ago, before kids, we loved to go to this Chinese restaurant nearby. When we became pregnant, this is where we brought our sets of parents to make the announcements. The winter I was pregnant with Ryan, the hot tea would over heat me and I'd spend some time outside visiting this lion while cooling off...
The kids enjoy it now too. We had some errands to run last night and because it was still officially my birthday, we all went out for dinner too. I asked the waiter if they sing Happy Birthday in Chinese, but he politely declined... darn.
Maybe not everybody knows that song...
Don't these guys look tough? Just a few seconds before, they had their heads together giving me very toothy smiles, but I didn't get the camera on and up in time...
Got my kids together for a shot as we were leaving. It won't be one for the Christmas letter, but it's a snapshot of our lives. One for the scrapbooks!
I will not be posting tomorrow. I won't tell you what I'm doing yet but it may involve a dentist, Mulan and sauerbraten...
Enjoy your weekend!

Good luck tomorrow with your dentist named Mulan who uses sauerbraten to floss your teeth!
I'm cringing at the word dentist - I broke off part of my tooth 3 months ago and need to go, but other things are taking priority. It doesn't hurt, and you can't see it, so it's at the bottom of my list.
Chinese sounds fun and I love the mug shots!
xo
Dentist?! Yikes....I always hate to go, even for a cleaning. Good luck!
