Yeah... so I did a ton of chauffeuring this morning as my husband had to hit the road a LOT earlier than me and will need to over lunch and after work too. Got out the door by 6:30, dropped off Ryan at work, Leon at daycare, came back to the house with Meri and put together an awesome box that I need to take to the post office this morning. I'll show you a picture of it next week sometime.
Went out to the car to take Meri to school and as I drove away from the house, something felt off. I pulled over in front of my neighbors and found one of my back tires flat as a pancake...
Luckily my MIL's car was still at the house, so I got her spare set of keys and ran Meri to school. I think she might have been a little late.
As soon as I've batted out any work fires, I guess I"m going to change a tire...
Will need to pick up Ryan over my lunch break. That and with getting a tire fixed means "No" sewing over lunch for me today! Being a chauffeur is hard work.
LOVE this movie!
Especially with cantankerous family!
Update: I can't get the stinking tire off the car... Not even with a sledgehammer. It's fused or something! sigh. BUT I called up town to the service center and the guy there is going to come over in a bit and get it for me! and maybe fix it! If he can just get the tire disconnected from the car, I'll put the spare on... But I can't be car-less Joe today!
