Weekend Wish List

Whew...  It's Friday!  As if you didn't know that.  As if you weren't checking the clock every 5 minutes, mentally subtracting how many minutes you have left in your work day...

Here are the big deals I'm counting on this weekend!

1) homemade pizza for supper!  Granted... I have to cook the stuff, but I like it.

2) I get to go to a dance tonight and embarrass my daughter!!!  I'll be working in the kitchen, but will talk to every one of the kids in her grade when they come in for snacks and tell the boys to go ask her to dance!  I'll also be wearing something VERY zany and crazy  I don't know what yet, but I'll be able to see it in her eyes when I come downstairs wearing the right thing.  There's kind of a roll to her eyes with an inward groaning followed by "No MOM PLEASE!"

Now... what is a Twerk and how do you wear it?

I am SO hip!

3) Snuggling with my little snuggle bunny Leon!  He's addicted to Cailloo.  Robb thinks it's because Cailloo has the exact same haircut as his daddy...

4) Working on the yard!  Gotta get the place looking a little less "Malcolm in the Middle"ish-like as I can.  You can definitely tell where the neighbor's yard ends and mine begins...

5) Annual ISU Style Show with Meri and a dozen or so friends from my ASG group!  Anyone else from here going?  I'll be wearing a blue shirt.  Ok I don't know what I'm wearing, but in the thousands of people in the audience, I doubt you'd find me even if I was wearing a yellow hat!  Well.... you might if I wore a big yellow hat...

Anyway, back to the old salt block.  I've got a lot of work to get done today for worky work.  Have a fantastic weekend!!!  It's supposed to be in the 50s here and I am SO going to get outside!!!

Homemade pizza and a cuddle with a cutie=Heaven!
My yard needs a ton of work but it is still cold and we have one little chunk of ice in front so I'm saying we don't do yardwork til the snow is gone.

The snuggling and going outside sound fabulous. Now if you had a monkey named George and a big yellow hat...
