There is NOTHING better smelling in the morning than bacon to wake you up. Oh my...
I sewed 4 seams in the tulle last night and now have a huge circle 40 feet around with two rows of basting at the top. Leon helped guide the sewing machine... But then threw a basketball on the tulle that hit the floor.
I guess I should have guessed that would happen. At least he didn't have chocolate milk anywhere near it... The tulle is safe.
The tulle is marked to partition it off into 4 sections. I'll mark the fabric into 4 sections that it will be attached to also, so we won't have a bustle on the bride's left leg.
That would be awkward...
So anyway, another day of busy-ness at work and then Bible study and much needed grocery shopping later. I may or may not get the tulle gathered today. I'm guessing not.
I'm finally making tracks on a work project that has haunted me all summer. The deadline was extended and things are FINALLY looking like I might actually MAKE this deadline! I hope so... If it drags on much longer, I'll throw my monitor into the wall.
Robb won't appreciate that.
But he made bacon this morning, so I'll refrain from destroying our hardware.
