I screwed up when making the holes for the handle rivets so one side has 3 instead of 2.
Next time, I'll use the proper tools...
I also wanted to sew last night and had an hour with nothing to do. I didn't feel like cleaning and Leon didn't want to go swimming and would rather play video games with his dad. I wasn't going to begrudge him Daddy time so FINE.
I also didn't want to work on the wedding dress or the dress that I started for Meri and will need some creative juices to finish both of them.
I never seem to have the right tools around...
So I browsed through my Burda mags and looked for pages that were folded over... Yes Maddy...
Then went fabric shopping in my stash and found something halfway suitable. Don't know if she'll like it but oh well. It can be a sample... I also didn't remember her size. I know I've got her measurements written around here somewhere... I guessed. I may be totally wrong! But I won't sew it ALL together. I'll see her in just over a week and we'll try it on her then for adjustments. Maybe she'll have a new skirt to take back with her to Colorado!
I've got a lot going on this weekend, but come on... It's ME talking!

Yes, it is you! Love the bag. I need to sew some skirts for Rebekah. She even bought the fabric for me. When I finish all this painting and clearing out I may have time to whip some up for her. Do you have a favorite skirt with pockets pattern?
