We took Leon and Robb's mom to Kansas City to see Robb's sister graduate from her Master's program. *with distinction* *that means she did all her homework*
What a long ceremony.... I was exhausted from just sitting. We reserved 20 seats all in one row with Robb and Leon on one end and me on the other to usher in our crowd when they arrived. Luckily they had open wifi in this building so Leon watched a bunch of Spongebob if he wasn't talking Pokemon shop with the boys behind us.
Cathy's daughter, Sabrina, in the middle with her friends.
As soon as we left the ceremony, Leon was out. Well, after saying, "I'm turning off Scooby and you're going to sleep!" several times. "close your eyes..." about twenty times.
I'm going to see if I can get a job as a hypnotist. "We're turning off the Scooby..."
Well, he woke up refreshed and a total goofball.
The reception hall was great and he had a blast flirting with all of Sabrina's friends and a little cutie in a pink tutu and glittery shoes.
He took the camera and got lots of interesting photos for our scrapbook that I'll put together someday.
but not this week or next or next year probably.
Because photos need a while to mature.
And by that time I'll wonder why I have 40 photos of potato salad and plates.
and his Pokemon toy.
Selfie at the teen table...
Cathy was the Queen for the day!
Then we helped clear the hall and haul everything back to her place and crashed hard.
Partying can be so tiring!

Very nice to go and be supportive on a big day!
I absolutely adore the scrapbook photos!
Congratulations to her! Leon looks so much like his dad in that sleeping picture. Well, I think so anyway. I could be totally wrong on that. Nah.
He sure has energy, but energy and healthy kids go together! Congrats to your SIL-hard work going to school and raising a famiy, and I assume, probably working as well.
