Leonisms and OUT of control convos

Apparently there is a "fake" robot Leon that went to his mom's house last weekend...

Ryan: "Did you have a nice time at your mom's?"

Leon: "My fake Leon was there instead.  The green wire got hooked up to where the red wire should go and the blue wire got hooked up to where the green wire should go and it all went OUT of control!"

Ryan: "wha...?"

Leon: "Fake Leon pinched Finn when he tried to climb on my bed and he fell off. But Mom thought it was ME that did it!  So I got in trouble!" In an astonished voice...

sigh...

Later when I talked with him about fake Leon and how fake Leon needs to behave better with his brother, I asked him, "It was really YOU who pinched Finn, right?"

cue Big toothy pasted on smile...

Even though the above photo is from 3 years ago, the look hasn't changed much.

I found some pics on my phone from the State fair from last Thursday when Leon was at the fair with us.  He came along that 2nd day that I was at the fair to see Meri sing before going to his mom's.   Robb and Leon met us there and while they were walking in, a woman with a small child were leaving and gave Leon an unlimited ride pass to the rides...  Wow.  Thanks!  They didn't need it anymore and thought someone else could make use of it.  

And he did...  He must have ridden on about 20 rides for free.  Before we FOUND the kiddie rides, he found the water bumper boats.  Since he was too small to ride alone, I bought some tickets and went on with him.  He had a blast and we came away from that ride looking like we'd wet our pants...

Then we found the house of mirrors. 

I went through it with him the first time and it was hilarious seeing him swatting at empty walls thinking there was a mirror there. 

 My eye sight is shot and here HE is not seeing the previous kids fingerprints all over it?!  Might have to get him glasses...

He went through it a few times by himself later.

And then back on the bumper boats with Meri before we left.  I've got tons more photos but I think they're on Meri's cell phone.  ONE of these days, I'll get all the pics together...

Just got to get those wires put back in their correct positions to keep things from getting OUT of control!
