So far, I'm not impressed with our new internet. According to the speed test on the main computer, it's about 3 or more times faster with download speed. On THAT computer it's not bad. BUT on all the other devices in the house, it's Duke doggy slow. Buffering before starting anything on Netflix takes almost 4 minutes... IF it starts at all...
I know I shouldn't complain because I was someone who was satisfied with one of the first IBM PC computers with 10 megabyte disk space back in the early 90s...
SO I go get something to snack on while Word Pro is booting up!...
But I've grown impatient these days. Just ask Leon when I tell him to find his shoes.
And my laptop won't connect to our new internet at all... Weirdness abounds. Luckily some neighbors don't have a password on theirs... SSSHHHH!!!!
BTW: I insisted that Leon watch a bit of Matilda with me a couple days ago, pre internet change. He loves it! We finished it up last night before bed. So now, he thinks he is super smart too.
"Grandma, ask me what 2+7 is!"
What's 2+7?
"9!!!"
Wowza! We've got a regular Einstein here!
He's trying to figure out what little toys I'm going to put in his Advent calendar pockets this year. So many things that cost too much money... Then he asked for Grossery gang guys. I told him only if some of calendar pockets get filled with ones he already has. He was agreeable to that as long as the last week was all new ones.
We've got a plan now... Oh and of course chocolate coins.
Well, I'm at work at my desk which is still the OLD internet. Robb is going to check out some things tonight or soon and see what the problem is. I'm guessing it's the older wireless router having some issues, but I could be wrong.

Though I love the internet, life was much easier when we didn't know what we were missing. Wishing you luck getting everything sorted out.
