Found this in the neighbor's backyard yesterday. The BIRD's much?
Then Leon got home from school and I let him run to the neighbor boy's house to see if he could play. And YES he could! Yay! They had a great time.
Played a little.
Fought a little.
Then played some more.
Boys are SO different than girls. According to Robb, two girls would have formed a secret club and then found a third girl to exclude.
Looking back now to when Meri and Maddy were younger... he's right. We've learned over the years, you NEVER have a sleepover with 3 or more girls, because I'll always end up with a little shadow (girl who is excluded) for the evening.
With Ryan, it was easy. He usually only asked one friend at a time. But when he had a whole group of boys over, it was always pretty smooth.
So today is CRAZY HAIR day at school...

That hair glue stuff is fantastic!
He will need a bath as soon as he gets home to wash that stuff out...
He said that this was EXACTLY how he thought it should look like.
Perfect. He's going to be primping more than paying attention at school today...

I am not sure what I think of the "days" at school. I never liked them until the kids were in high school and could do them by themselves.
