Gifts you cherish

As promised, but forgotten yesterday, here is the bag that I made out of a standard heavy cotton bag.  I made this in response to my sewing groups challenge.  It's one of those single shoulder or front chest carrying bag with zippers all over, lined with an inside pocket and I used every last piece of the original bag.

The only problem is that I forgot we're supposed to have the ASG logo on it.  I may just buy a pin and stick it on...  Or an iron on patch...  Not sure where I'll find either but I'm good at tracking things down online! ;)

And a BIG shout out to my loving parents!!!  They celebrate 61 years of marriage today!!!
How many can say that?!

They already celebrated with family last weekend with a pizza party, because Robb said that's how the 61st wedding anniversary is traditionally celebrated.  We weren't able to make it, but plan to on this weekend.

These two are an inspiration to all of my family and I love them dearly.

Every year is a gift!  It truly is.
