Caught that blood sucking little mouse yesterday morning while in the middle of a phone conference call. All the sudden I heard a SNAP! I almost did an evil "Mwahaha" to my client. On Tuesday I gave up on the peanut butter in a box trick and Robb brought home a couple honest to goodness, old fashioned mouse traps. Meri is a champ at starting them now! I had her set them, spring them and reload a few times so the little beastie wouldn't just eat the peanut butter off them. My office is mouse free again!
It's getting cooler... You know what THAT means! I have to dig out the jackets and socks. Also want to get the shaggy yard mowed at least one more time before it goes dormant. Brown shaggy grass just isn't too attractive, huh KK? Sure I picked on you earlier this week on FB... but it was my own guilt that drove me to it.
Meri and I are starting in a dog training class tonight. Her two goldens are going to learn some manners even if it kills them! A girl from our 4H club is giving them for free! She is a master at showing dogs and we should learn a lot. Hope the dogs do too...
I'm trying to dream up some things for our 4H display window that I'm in charge of putting up this weekend. Wish me luck! The theme is "Our 4H Club"... Any ideas?
