I spent last night using my new carpet cleaner and cleaning out the stove grill. woohoo! It's pretty anyway...
I'm hosting a Pampered Chef party tonight. My sister-in-law just started selling and this will be her first one. ever. I invited everyone local on Facebook and I think I may have a houseful! It'll be interesting! At least 15+ women... Already have 4 outside orders! I think everyone on my Christmas shopping list will feel "Pampered" for Christmas!! HA! So cousin Toby, how do you like those scrub squares?... Well - maybe not everyone on the list... Oh wait, he's not on my list!
My cousin list is enormous and if I bought something for each of them, I'd be in the poor house. Then the insane asylum... My parents had 8 kids. My moms parents had 6. Each of those kids had bunches of kids. My dad has a few half siblings but they didn't have as many kids each as my moms side. So yeah, I've got like a bizillion first cousins alone.
And with any luck, at least half of that number will come for our Thanksgiving reunion in 2 weeks! We're hosting. Not at our house!
Anyway, back to the party tonight. Pampered Chef has changed up their parties a little bit to be more interactive. So last night I also had to scrub up the hand soap plate by the kitchen sink... Everyone gets to participate and do some serious chopping, mashing, rolling, etc using all the Pampered Chef stuff! Cool huh? It's not just a demonstration of someone making the food in front of you using the supplies. Although I loved those too. Just sit and watch her cook, then eat? OK! YUM!
I've been to so many of these parties in the past that I used to be able to brag that I owned at least one thing off every page in the catalog. Seriously.
Got the new catalog and was lost for a while... The first 20 pages alone had entirely new stuff that I'd never seen before. Dang. I've never HAD bamboo bowls before OR pretty speckled cups. Are they dishwasher safe? And the stones are all switched around. None of them look like any of my current ones...
Hmmm.. I may ignore my Christmas list altogether and just use all my free credits on me.
Is that selfish?

You could always buy what YOU want and then wrap those things up as gifts to your husband and kids. ;)
My favorite bar pan broke a month ago and cooking just hasn't been the same around here since. I used that thing all the time!
Hope you have a huge turn out and get lots of good stuff.
I like Annie's idea. I think I'll steal it for myself too.
I need a new shampooer thinger...whatever. :)
Also, I want to go to a PC party. I need to eat something good.
