She's got holes in her head, she's purdy!
My baby is 11 years old today! We started by celebrating on Meredith Eve by getting her ears pierced. The rule was 12, but we broke it for Maddy at 11 years, so once you set a precedent...

I got my ears pierced when I was 10, a couple of years BEFORE my mom got hers pierced...LOL. My daughter got hers pierced around age 6 and the insistence of my ex when he had her for a weekend. She wasn't ready. :( So, the rule with Kat is "whenever she's ready, if ever she's ready". So far, she isn't even interested.
I didn't know her name was Meredith!lol

I was 10 when I got mine pierced. My sister was 4 1/2 years younger than me and she got hers done when I did. So not fair. Ha! Rebekah was 18, so I didn't have to worry with them at all.
Happy Birthday to Meredith! I always said 13 for my girls, but we gave in to Hayley at 8 to get her ears pierced. :-) Your daughter is a beautiful girl! Great video! Have a wonderful day!

Happy birthday to your beautiful young lady. Yep, holes in her head. We had a male PE coach in college who told us that piercin' our ears was a sin. If God wanted us to have holes in our ears...He would'a put 'em there. To that I said..."hogwash!!! :o)

My stylish grandmother took me for my 7th birthday. I'm pretty sure she didn't have permission from my mom, lol. My mom does not have pierced ears--crazy!

She didn't look too sure before the piercing but they look great!
