I'm trying to get my schedule straight in my head for the next few days....
Maddy has a presentation tonight at school.
I "think" I have tomorrow night free, which means probably looking for black fabric to make Meri a skirt for her school band/vocal concert next week...
Garbage run on Saturday, with maybe a drop off at the Goodwill in sight...
Go to the tulip festival in a nearby town to watch the parade and see my hubby march in it. He'll be wearing a kilt... just sayin' ... in case you're there. I'll be the one video taping it all! Maybe I'll share if he'll let me.
Check out the little Dutch bakeries because YUMM!!!
On Sunday, Maddy wants me to go with her to an old friend's graduation party. We haven't seen this girl since she was 11, but at that time were very close with her family. We'll probably leave right after church and head down there. It will be nice to see them again.
I don't know what's happening on Mother's Day. That's THIS Sunday right?
I was just watching a little of the tv show The Middle this morning with Meri. The family's gift to their mom was to leave her alone on Mother's Day. She wanted to spend the day on the couch reading magazines, but couldn't find her glasses, so she frittered the day away fixing drawers, paying bills and cleaning the house... I'm afraid that's what I'd do...
When my kids ask me what I want for Mother's Day, I always say "good kids", but I know I'll never get that... So I'm scrambling for ideas. I gave some to Meri, but have a feeling she'll forget...
So in case my family looks on here. I wouldn't mind THIS or THIS or a renewal on THIS. *the card is on the fridge.. shh!*
Then next week has already filled up with activities. The end of the year push is on. High school concert Monday night, middle school concert Tuesday night, Bible study on Wednesday night, Dog training after a 3 week break on Thursday night and then I'm heading to a confirmation on Friday night. And that's the weekend the pups are due...
Oh by the way, Ellie the pregnant hound *That could be the title for an awesome book!* is looking very prego... She's just been laying around with her big belly and it's been more and more difficult to get her out of her kennel in the mornings.
Oh yeah... and I have to clean up the garage and get it ready for puppies...
I found this video on Youtube to get you geared up...
So anyway... have a nice day!

I don't have a dog and don't want a dog, but if I did want one, I'd want a Golden Retriever.
You must take pictures of the tulips and share them for those of us who aren't home in Iowa (or just for me, either way)
I love that show, The Middle, in case you didn't see it all they do leave her alone but she ends up spending her whole day doing things around the house. She needds her glasses but the drawer is stuck so she gets it open then feels the need to fix it, then organize it, then she puts the tool back and sees something else, etc, etc.
You don't need to get ME geared up for pups!! I want one!!! :)
Only a sewing nerd would want a bias take maker for Mother's Day!lololol
And yes, I CAN laugh at that because I'd want one too. 8-)
Just wondering why y'all don't spay/neuter your pets.....
The video of the puppies was perfect!!! Makes me want another dog, almost.
I'm excited for your new additions.
Have a great weekend. And DJ got me poop for Mother's day, well fertilizer for my plants.
Oh puppies and babies - doesn't get any better unless you count kittens.
Happy Mother's Day!

I played that video and my dogs heard those puppies and came into the office to investigate :) The end of the year crazies have hit here too. Why must everything be scheduled during the month of May. It is insanity here.
I wish puppies wouldn't grow up!
...so cute!
my head spins when I read how much you have going on!! I'd probably skip the graduation party and free up some time but that's just sneaky 'ole me.
I love Golden Retrievers and all other dogs. :) I can't believe how busy you are ~ I'd go crazy!
You and I are kindred spirits...busy, busy, busy...never bored!
I was playing the video (so cute, btw) and my dog came running over! :) I think she likes it, too. (The noises they make, anyhow...)
Make a few months I'm looking for a Poodle caramel to adopt, I'm crazy for her!
