Well we got an interesting call yesterday!
The owner of Tigger (aka Bella - aka Marley) started getting complaints from her neighbors about a barking dog during the day and then found out that she's not allowed to have dogs that will be over 50 pounds in her apartment. She was heartbroken! She gave Marley/Bella/Tigger back to us to find her a new home.
The owner didn't want any money back for her but said she trusts us to find her a good home and was in tears as she drove away. Marley/Bella/Tigger came home last night just before dinner time and had an awesome catchup time with her parents and Meri. She has gotten so big!

I've called all the people who had called us after the puppies were all gone and they've all already purchased a new dog. I should have kept a list longer than 4... I've called one friend who was on the fence about purchasing a new dog and they're thinking about it. The price is right!

PLEASE!! Robb even wants to offer them $10 just to take it off our hands...
If they decide not to, then we will call one other family who had been interested but not sure about spending that much money on a dog. So we'll see.
It encourages me that now that this pup is 10 weeks old (today!) her kennel was dry all night after 9-10 hours of sleep. BUT she still pooped in the dining room after breakfast...
We need to find Marley/Bella/Tigger a good home FAST! I've got too much going on this fall to housebreak another dog...

I wish we lived closer. I haven't wanted another dog for years but........
