I have no idea how a few of you frugal couponers do it... No one EVER pays me to buy their groceries! Trust me. There's a lot of OOP, out of pocket... So I definitely understand that concept.

The weather is cooling quite nicely around these parts. A heavy rain the other day took all the leaves off the lilac bush in front of my office window, so now I can see when the UPS guy comes easily.
Oh... and I guess I can now see that I need to spend a little time outside and rake... darn.

No sewing last night, but I did look wistfully at the dining room table & sewing machine while putting the groceries away.

At the sewing meeting Saturday, Meri showed off her dog food bag dress from Project Runway. The women were duly impressed! And a few of them had actually seen the episode and said that it looked fancier on the runway.
And yeah. I mean how glamorous CAN a paper bag dress get? It HAS to be the runway lights that glammed it up.********
Hopefully I'll get Monday off from work. Maddy wants to do a college visit... Yeah I know... more OOP. I'm still banking on a full ride scholarship somewhere.

My Fodor's office monthly calendar is on October, of course... But it's featuring Greece! That picture looks so nice! I don't think I'll ever go there, but it's definitely a better view than out my window.

You know, I don't know how those couponers do it either...because the stuff I need is never on sale or has coupons and the stuff that is is never stuff I need.

And seriously! How can a picture of Greece be better to look at than the UPS man....hehehe
And don't hold your breath on the full ride thing unless Maddy plays Heisman Trophy quality football....lol
Those extreme couponers spend hours on the computer, finding those coupons. They also PAY someone on ebay for clipped coupons which seems to defeat the purpose of saving money...
I do use coupons when I shop and I do save quite a bit each shopping trip. But I am not a food hoarder which is why I can't save the 90%+....
Those coupons people do that as a full time thing. Seriously. AND they hoard all kinds of things they don't need/use! I saw one woman who had diapers...and she didn't have kids. AND kept the diapers. Strange....

I use coupons but I still pay for food lol. Those extreme ones are crazy!
