ParaRamble Falls

Well, I think Ellie is back to normal finally...

This is Duke this morning.  I finally let him back in the house after being banished to the garage during this time of the year.  He raced around sniffing everything and the entire time I'm thinking, "Was this a mistake?  Too soon??"  I guess he was just making sure everything was the way he left it.  And then suddenly he slumped to the floor to nap.

He's fine.  I think.  I'll check on those two later.  Don't need puppies in the fall!

Today is the last day of summer for Meri!  She's sleeping in.  again...  Tomorrow is going to be rough on her!  She has a lot to do to prepare for her first day of 8th grade, so I hope she gets cracking soon.

I've been playing with Skype lately with Robb preparing us for the technology to visit our daughter any day or night of the week for free while she's at college.  It'll almost be like being there except I can't give her a hug. *choke*

I think I need to get a Hawaiian or Irish castle tarp hung up behind me tho in my office...  That way you can't see all the boxes and shelves of my fabric behind me.  

Or maybe I'll break down and clean my office better...

Who else turns the webcam camera to face the desk during the day because you're self conscious of some stranger possibly watching you through it without your knowledge?  

Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me.

 

Got a lot to do today and a new bottle of Diet Dr Pete for the Sodastream.
