Random Stalker

Ok, so my daughter that has escaped our evil clutches is at a Christian college a few hours away.  Oh!  She got a job the other day just by crying and starts today!  Can't wait to hear about her first day.

She's just far enough that we can’t pop in for unannounced visits, BUT…

Whenever we think of it, we pop into the daily church service online and play “Where’s Maddy?”  lol…  They post them later so we can go through frame by frame if we really wanted to to find her.

So, is it creepy when I say “Hey Maddy, nice scarf yesterday!”?

I miss her.

I rode up to the post office yesterday to mail off a care package for her on Meri’s moped that she can’t drive yet.  Ah the feel of wind in my hair and bugs in my teeth!  I missed those days!!  We’ve got to get her a helmet before she gets her license…

Took Leon for a good long walk on Sunday to a new park nearby.  He had a blast freaking me out on the tall slide but then explored the new ball diamond pretty extensively.

Today is my nephew Braedon’s 2nd birthday!!  He was the one born WAY too prematurely, and Leon has bypassed him in clothing sizes so we can’t get hand-me-downs from him.  Darn.  He fits into Leon’s hand-me-downs…  Happy birthday kid!  I saw him on Saturday and he would have NOTHING to do with me!  Terrible Twos is the correct term.

Have a wonderful Thursday, because you know what?  Tomorrow is Friday!!!

Today IS Thursday right?  I’m all messed up this week with Labor day and all…

And now I have to pack away all my white things!  What undies will I wear NOW?

Hahaha, white undies! Wasn't it your mom that wouldn't write toilet paper on her lists because she didn't want people to know you used it? And you wrote undies on the blog! For shame!!!
I think you should make Maddie some scarves and make it easier to pick her out.

From your evil clutches to a Christian college....lol

Give the poor coed some breathing room woman. If you are gonna stalk her like any good parent, don't let her know. ;-)
