Sugar Booger Bombs and more

This is Grace.  She's allergic to dogs...  She's holding Reedus.  She's had meds.

OH!!!  ALL the puppies found their homes by 6pm Saturday!!!  We're all the way down to only 5 dogs now!!!!  It feels weird.

Leon coloring Easter eggs with his parents.

He's a perfectionist.  And he knows his colors!  Except green....  And that's my favorite.

Saturday afternoon, the girls colored more eggs.  We're talking 4.5 dozen just between these 5...  And they did a smash up job!  It was fun to see how creative they can be.

Leon got to color more.

Maddy and Leah got a little carried away with the food coloring...  It took several showers and soaks in bleachy cleanser to get rid of it all.

On Saturday night, Grace made us her favorite meal of Bulgogi and rice balls.  It was really good!  The stuff in the crockpot is beef with tons of seasonings and fruits, tenderized with kiwi.

The rice balls taste EXCELLENT with ketchup!  She says that's how her brother back home eats them too.

Leon has his own Easter egg hunt after church with his parents.  Then had a nice long nap, missing the other hunt.

The girls finished up making some desserts they'd started a couple days ago.  These are sugar booger bombs.  Well, that's MY nick name for them.  They're really chocolate chip cookie dough/brownie bombs covered with chocolate and mini chocolate chips.  It's easier to say sugar booger bombs.  They put you in a sugar coma.

My nephew and his folks were here this weekend too and we celebrated Josh's 17th birthday on Sunday.  To the right of Josh's name is his name in Korean.  To pronounce his name in Korean, it sounds like Sho-She.  So we called him Yoshi for a while.  I THINK we've convinced him to attend the college a mere 20 minutes away when he goes to college.  I think the puppies clinched the deal...

He thought he was getting Reedus as his Easter/birthday gift.  wrong.  Here are all the kids fighting to get off the porch and hunt down the eggs that 3 of them had just hid not 20 minutes before.

We typically don't hide them around the cars, but these kids hid them everywhere.  I just hope they didn't stick any in the exhaust pipes...

And I found some weird selfies on my camera.

That's basically my weekend!!!  I'll give you some recipes later this week for the food we consumed.

How was YOUR Easter?
