In other news, we've got the flu bug rolling through our house. I was feeling pretty crumby yesterday and last night, but Robb topped my symptoms so he wins. Meri has it today.
I think we got it from Leon...
I plan to spend a portion of my lunch hour cuddling with my "almost 15 year old" girl on the couch in front of the fireplace. Yep, it snowed last night!!! I'll spend the rest of the time looking for mittens for a little boy who went to daycare today with only one mitten...
I grossed out Meri this morning by burning my omelet It may LOOK gross, but it was deLICIOUS!
In case you're wondering, it's ham, cheese and salsa, left alone for a little too long while I rush around doing other things and forgetting about it on the stove.
Turned on the furnace this morning and am enjoying the smell of burning dust! WOOHOO!! I've missed that first furnace-run smell of the season!
Ok - back to work. Will be listening to Christmas music over here today because REALLY... how many times can you listen to just the Gabby the Gobbler or Adam Sandler's turkey song?...
