I made 3 lasagnas last night. The kitchen was a rip roaring mess.
It didn't help that Meri was in the cooking mood when she got home from school and made some pumpkin pie mixture that hardens like cement on the dishes...
AND Ryan and Jen made something on top of that.
I don't think I've seen the dishes and pots and pans stack so high.
To be honest, I didn't think we owned that many dishes...
BUT it's tidy again, to a point. You can see the counter.
I've been getting into deep cleaning on my lunch breaks and moved Meri's cedar chest up to my bedroom. We were only using it for a computer stand anyway... It's being used productively now and freed up a wee bit of space in the living room.
Gotta get ready for the tree! eventually...

Eek, the TREE!! Last year I avoided the whole tree fiasco because of our new little kittens. I'm still worried about them however, I think I'd have to stay home 24/7 if I put up a tree. I don't know what to do!!! Sigh...
