BBQ Chicken Cups recipe

From my good bloggy & IRL friend, Amy. I don't remember where she said she found this recipe, but she served it at a Home Signatures party I attended at her home a couple weeks ago.
Barbeque Chicken Cups

4 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce or hot wing sauce (mmm - I'd like to try THAT kind some day)
3 chicken breasts - cooked and cut up. (I put my chicken breasts in the crock pot to cook them)

Mix all ingredients. Put wonton wrappers in a mini muffin tin, fill with the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins or until the wrapper gets brown on edges.

I tweaked the recipe just a little by using a round (muffin) cutter that just fit inside the wonton square and that fit the mini muffin tins to a T. I might try it without doing that next time. It may add more crunch to the bites.

Let me know if you try it! Enjoy!
